Things are going well for my loved one in the General Adult Care home. The biggest complaint is another resident who is making noises and it disturbs the other residents. Other than that, the meals are good, they are accommodating to certain requests.

I was not impressed with the tour. It was a walk through of the community and it seemed like the care was not going to be individualized. We needed an individual room with it's own bathroom. They were opening a place with this but we could not wait for it to become available. We also did not get a good feeling.
