My friend of many years spent his last three months at Garden Ranch Assisted Living. The facility is a small home (with 8 or fewer residents) in a quiet, safe neighborhood in NE Colorado Springs. It is clean, bright and comfortable. Meals are served family style at the dining room table with a full view to the kitchen where food is being freshly prepared. Each resident has a private room (some with a bath and others share a bathroom). The truly exceptional thing about Garden Ranch is the loving care provided by the staff. They embraced [name removed], treating him with dignity, friendship and competent care. They adapted with his changing condition and found creative ways to provide comfort even in his final days. I recommend them wholeheartedly and thank them for all they accomplished in a difficult situation.... Read more

My mother was in another assisted living facility when she fell and broke her shoulder. She was moved to a rehab facility after her surgery. Upon completion of her rehabilitation, I was informed she would not be re-admitted to her apartment at the assisted living center for some unknown reason. I was left with four days to move her furnishings and locate a new place for her to live. That’s when I found Garden Ranch Senior Care. These people are the best. They were considerate, respectful, thoughtful and capable. They took my mother’s situation in hand with careful attention to her health and safety. I was kept in the loop at every moment and was never left out of the discussion. You could not find a better care facility. I can’t give them a high enough recommendation.

We moved my mother from memory care in a large institution-like facility to Garden Ranch, a home with only seven residents after we felt like she was being neglected. Given my mother's advanced dementia, moving her was a difficult decision and the transition was not easy. However, it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. [Name removed] and her team's level of care far exceeded my expectations. In this homey environment, she was provided delicious homemade cooking, clean surroundings and most importantly, love and respect. I highly recommend Garden Ranch to anyone and everyone I run into that is looking for senior care for their loved ones. I am confident that this is the best option out there.

A Place for Mom has scored Garden Ranch Assisted Living 9.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
