As a current resident and one of the first to move here I would like to response to the review of July 2005. In regard to the parking situation it had become a nightmare for many elderly residents coming home and not finding a parking space because visitors and non-residents were leaving their vehicles overnight. Management received many complaints and they took action by asking residents to tell their guest to park outside the gates. Thankfully things have improved and now we have enough party for the residents. People who don't like to be reprimanded will always find fault and speak badly of those enforcing the rules. As for the cleanliness we now have a new management company and the maintenance of our building has improved 100%.... Read more

Beautiful first entrance, however the floors were dirty, and you smell the garage as you come in the front door. Their were nets bugs flying around as you catch the elevator.

This place has the most unprofessional management that I have ever experienced. I find [name removed] to be extremely RUDE and disrespectful of residents and guests. It appears she doesn't have enough work to do in the office. She often patrols the parking lot harassing visitors for parking without a sticker when there are several parking spaces available for residents. She threatens to have vehicles towed, often barking at people like a "pit bull." Insensitive and nasty! Her nasty demeanor has been witnessed by many residents and visitors. Several complain to her superiors but to no avail. Seniors should not be exposed to this type of treatment. In addition, this property is not well kept as it had been in the past. The carpet in the common areas is filty. The gym leaves a lot to be desired! Don't put your relatives here!
