Tender Reflections:
Our mission is to be the preferred assisted living provider specializing in memory care, offering value and encouraging independence in a fulfilling, nurturing, safe and supportive environment that exceeds our residents expectations, enrich the lives of those we serve and employ with a collaborative and compassionate approach.
Tender Reflections Assisted Living Community specializing in Memory Care and Dementia.
Tender Reflections serves seniors, male and female seniors (55+ years), the frail elderly and the care of persons with irreversible dementias such as Alzheimer's disease. We are dedicated to having our resident's age in place. This means we provide care for the natural or clinical changes associated with aging. We see most of our residents to life end by meeting identified needs using staff, family and alternative services such as hospice, given the specific needs can be met safely and effectively within our scope of capabilities.
We also offer Respite care, as defined as temporary placement for no more than 28 consecutive days for care, treatment or services. This may be provided for persons with or without dementia. Respite services are dependent on room availability and an assessment assuring the person's needs are congruent with this program.

I took care of my wife for 10 years. I don't think I could ever find a place that would totally satisfy me. I don't know if that's possible. The staff at Frontida is very good very friendly always happy the one place I wish they could improve as I wish they could spend more time one on one with my wife, which I know probably isn't possible because they have several people there so I don't know if anybody would ever find a place that totally satisfies you.

There are some staff that bring the place to life however some are very rude and treat the patients like a job and not a priority. The staff seem to not care how they talk in front of the patients including my mother. A lot of them cuss in front of me and the patients as if we cannot hear them. The building looks clean though.

Checked on mom often. Informed me of any medical chances. Kept mom as comfortable as possible before her passing.

We chose Tender Reflections because it was back where my mom grew up and she liked the location. The room sizes are nice and big. It was a good experience and I would recommend.

The staff are great! They all care for my mother in such a way that she feels safe. They encourage her to be as independent as possible while remaining her stalwart supporters should she become confused and forgetful. She is valued for who she is now and she is free from the burden of not living up to what she used to be able to do. She has her own room and bathroom, which we could furnish and decorate according to her preferred tastes. The facility is designed with the residents’ comfort in mind. The staff pays attention to my mother needs to such a degree that they know which recliners fit a small person like her best. Common areas and bedrooms all have large windows. There are plenty of comfortable seating arrangements including a large outdoor patio. There are activities offered throughout the week, including visits from area musicians. I rated the facilities level of cleanliness as good, because I see the effort the staff puts into keeping my mother’s room clean. She, too, is alway clean and in fresh clothing. However, I think the facility would benefit from investing in industrial-sized washers and dryers so that residents hampers don’t remain in their bathrooms for too long. I rated the activities as good, but not great, because the volume of the music during performances and as background for activities can sometimes be distressingly loud. It’s the level where your ears ring and you can’t hear the person next to you speak. Fortunately, the common areas are usually not that noisy. We are very satisfied with the care my mother receives.

I live in a different state, Ohio. I went to visit a couple weeks ago. what a beautiful place and my mom is thriving there. She needs people around her. The staff is very kind and loving. You can tell they care. I am an activity director in a skilled and assisted living facility. I would love to have the space they have to my activities. While I was there was not much going on. It just seems for a memory care there should be more. I was there when bingo was being played and it was odd that they didn't get prizes for bingo but they all seemed happy with it. My mom loves it but of course wants her cat and go somewhere where she can have it but I also know she will eventually be okay with that. I'm so glad to have found this place through A Place for Mom.

My mom has been there for 6 weeks. Everyone we have dealt with is caring and quick to answer any concerns. It took a little bit for her to adjust but is doing great thanks to the patience and care of the people who work there. you can tell they genuinely care about her and enjoy her. Thank you for all you do! It gives all of us peace to know she is safe and taken care of.
