Very clean quant facility. The staff is very helpful and compassionate, understanding circumstances for our needs. Lots of activities and interactions with the other residence. We were able to talk with family members that were visiting and they have nothing but great things to say about FAL-Chateau. My sister was very interested and the nurses and staff are very knowledgeable and the length of time they have worked there. The staff really cares and gets to know and understand each resident and their families. very personal one on one attention. I feel at ease and comfortable with the care and attention my sister will get.

We used this facility in the past for memory care for a loved one, and overall I was not impressed. They seemed extremely understaffed, and I think the care they are able to offer suffered for it.
