Fern's Tender Loving Care Home

I was promised daily activities, emergency measures, open communication, and capable and knowledgeable staff. My mother sat in her room watching TV all day, with Walmart trips. When emergencies occurred, I was called to get my mother to take her to the hospital emergency room, instead of 911 being called. Open communication did not happen - friends and family had to leave messages on the landline. The knowledgeable staff were "friends" and not trained as promised. I removed my mother and found a place that did not require 24 hour notification (she was the only client).

I would highly recommend Fern's Tender Loving Care Home for your loved one. Your loved one will receive exceptional care and accommodations. I shopped all around and this was by far the very best personal care home.

Ferns Tender Loving Care provides exceptional care. The owner is very hands on. The patients are treated like family. The home is very welcoming and a loving atmosphere. I highly recommend Ferns. Tender Loving Care is the perfect name and exactly what you and your loved ones will receive.. They are the best that I’ve seen in all the thirty plus years that I’ve been in healthcare.

Joyce runs Fern's Tender Loving Care with equal parts love and quality care with just the right amounts of humor and grace and yummy home cooking. My dear friend Ruth is in such good hands. She enjoys sitting outside on the beautiful patio surrounded by beautiful plants and the birds chirping in the trees surrounding the house. Everything is always super clean and neat and there's usually something wonderful cooking that makes the place smell like home. With a limit of three people to care for, everything is highly personalized. I highly recommend Fern's for anyone looking for a place for their loved one.
