They are an excellent place and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for their parents. The caregivers are the best. They have excellent meals and they have some activities. Mostly women are here and she is getting socialization from being around the people. They interact and watch TV with each other.

Everything is working well. . .thank you. I have absolutely no complaints about Family Ties. As a matter of fact, I cannot say enough good things about them.

Mary Ann and Nemi are very caring and professional. Uncle was first reluctant to move to a care home; however, after his first meeting with Mary Ann and Nemi he felt at home. Uncle likes the food. The neighborhood is quiet and on most days, parking is not a problem. The correct name of this company is Family Ties ARCH, LLC.
