Evergreen Senior Care

Quality of care - it was great until the facility was sold to a new owner recently and the new owner cut the hours of the caregivers. The caregivers are very nice and work hard. But the quality of care has been reduced since the hours have been cut by new ownership unfortunately. People should be aware because not only is new ownership cutting the hours of caregivers they are raising the price of rent. It's not worth it.

Mainly fresh fruits and vegetable choices. It would be nice to have those who can, get together to do arts & crafts, puzzles or something to engage their minds. I would also like to be able to view a live stream of the main living area. The way they have cameras at daycares, where parents can login to the website and check on their children during the day to see how they're doing. When will there be WiFi available so we'd be able to setup a tablet for video calls?

Staff at Evergreen Senior Care is very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend this residential care home to others looking.

I have only met [name removed] but very friendly. I do not live in state so I cannot actively rate the care services since I have not been there snice she moved in. We rated the meals a 4 due to some of the food choices. I can't speak much to most categories, but we LOVE [name removed] ! She is kind, warm, friendly and a very sweet woman.

My family does not have the opportunity to visit my mother, and we cannot rate the value for cost as it is unknown as I am not familiar with the costs at other facilities.

I'm very happy A Place For Mom found me this place for my sister. Eva at Evergreen is very good - she is very helpful and will send me videos from time to time to keep me posted on my sister's condition. My sister is happy staying there.

Very friendly staff and CDC safety practices observed; the place itself appears worn and dark. Residents were engaged with staff. The cost very reasonable.

We could not imagine having my grandmother anywhere else but here. The staff here take such great care of her and the other 13 residents, they're attentive and interact with them keeping them busy. They decorate and bring in entertainment for all the special holidays. All their meals are homemade and when we come to visit they make sure we're fed as well and it is delicious. There's a nice pation out back that the residents get to use and I know that my grandmother is safe here and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this residential care home for a loved one.

This is a nice caring community. They did have alot of residents with other needs. They do offer limited activities. This was nice, but not what we were looking for. The meals seemed to be appealing. I would suggest other families see this community for everything it does offer.

It's very clean. Very affordable. I'm very happy with it. It may not have as many activities as some other places, but I'm very satisfied with it. They are very receptive to our requests. For instance, we asked them to take my father for a walk, and they did. Since he has been there, he seems to have more energy. If I have any complaint, it's that he said he is new to the food there. We bring food to him, like fresh fruit and vegetables. This is the only thing. Other than that, I'm very happy. The location works perfect, because it is right between several relatives who visit him. Location is my first priority; it has to be close to my family.

I really like that the person who manages the facility. She really keeps me up to date on things and lets me know when my mom needs more meds, when she needs more diapers, etc. When we take her out for lunch or something they always have her neatly dressed and groomed. There's only 10 or 12 people and they are always adequately staffed. I really chose them because of the proximity to where I live, it's very convenient, but the bottom line is that she gets more care.
