NOTHING luxury about this place. Small and NOT handicap accessible at all, in fact many trip hazards at entries and doors are not well lit nor easy to open or close. Bathrooms are too tiny for anyone who is disabled or physically challenged at all. There are NO services provided here and management barely ever addresses repair issues. We have had flooding in the basement with no actual cleanup for it and there is a mouse infestation. I could write a long list of issues here. This is NOT any kind of assisted living...ads are misleading. Not entirely senior community either...several under 30 folks living here. Take mom elsewhere. Not worth the high rent.

Photos do not tell the story. Although the place is shown to be luxury, it is far from it. The kitchens do not have full sized appliances. the fridge is the size of a beverage cooler. The freezer is separate and also very small. Think of it as having a small convenience in your garage appliance. The Elm Haven Place Property company seems to have severe issues with getting proper cleaning people, landscapers and maintenance workers. Nothing is ever taken care of property or is done halfway. All tenants have put in work orders and they just cancel them without ever showing up or contacting tenants. They just cancel us out. [name removed] and [name removed] seem to be the obstacles to getting anything done. These are NOT luxury apartments and are incredibly overpriced.

A Place for Mom has scored Elm Haven Place 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
