I have never seen a more caring and compassionate staff. Everyone there is there because they love the residents and want to make sure they are taken care of. The homes are well taken care of and I have never been there when it hasn't smelled clean and the residents are always clean and well groomed. No place is perfect but I would say Elliotte Manor is as close as it gets. If you have a loved one that needs caring and compassionate care I would suggest stopping in and checking them out, you won't be disappointed.

This place is disgusting as are the owners and it needs to close. The owners will say they are Christians and care but this is FAR from the case. The owner inherited the place and is not proactive and is rarely there and his wife yells at the residents. Employees are overworked and treated poorly and quit so residents dont even know who is caring for them. The diet fed these patients is atrocious - no nutrition and if family brings in food for them, the staff eats it. They are fed things like spaghetti, pizza, hot dogs and peanut butter and jelly on rotation for dinner. The rooms are filthy - mouse droppings were found piled up in the corner. Residents are dressed in rags and are forced to sit in their own fese because often there is no one to call for assistance because the place runs understaffed because of the poor treatment. They do not take care as to who they admit - theft is a big problem among the people they bring in. The facade of this place and way it was in the past has long gone with [name removed] in charge. Do NOT send your family members here!

This is a nice arrangement of a family home The staff was very nice and it was a nice tour of this home. I did not think that my father would be a good fit here but I would definitely recommend setting up a tour
