not upfront and honest

I put mom in Spring Creek American Falls in July. They said they could take care of moms incontinence issue however once we moved her in they said they could not. Mom was only there a short while and my deposit is not being refunded. We are moving mom to a different facility. This place was just not upfront and honest. Not happy at all.
