They told me that my loved one did not have malnutrition, and that she wasn't dehydrated, and that she had no infections. I took her to the hospital and she had a terrible infection, and wasn't even able to be in the same room with another person. She wasn't able to have the I.V. out at all from the time they admitted her in the hospital until she passed away from malnutrition. She lost more than 30 pounds in less than a month, in Heron Pointe. Just awful!
