Worst place ever! Memory Care facility is a joke. No stability at all, constant turnover of staff and Directors. There is no activities provided for the memory care residents, they are placed in front of a tv for activity - no stimulation for the residents or interaction. It has been remodeled and appears to look nice in the common areas. A resident was promised an updated, remodeled room but that never happened. Facility is NOT clean and always smells bad. Residents are not taken care of properly and left to do many things on their own. Hint: Memory Care - means everyone there needs reminders and assistance! Many times residents were eating off of paper plates instead of real dishes with silverware. Numerous times medication found on the floor or in the furniture - which means there was no assistance in making sure the meds were taken. They say they are only required to have showers once a week (a resident in this type of care (memory) needs assistance with showers more than once a week)! I could go on and on....FIND A DIFFERENT HOME FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!

This community is where my mom lives. It's been revamped so newer accommodations. There just isn't enough staff. They have gotten a lot more residents since mom has come. They are spread thin. The staff is very kind. They come in weekly and clean. The food is good but they often change what is supposed to be served on the menu. They do have other options also. Mom feels safe here. The activities here suffer also from the understaffed. They will go down for crafts what's on the calendar and no staff is there to do the activity. and they are supposed to do exercise daily and it's supposed to be an Hr and they only get 15 min due to understaffing. There is just not enough stimulation and it hopefully will improve.

A Place for Mom has scored Eagle's View Supportive Living 7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
