Dhaniella's Care Home

I feel so fortunate to have found this care home for my father with late stage dementia. From the first day my sister and I toured, we knew our father would be in good hands. The owner has a kind and gentle soul and updated me frequently. She was also very responsive to my several texts and calls. It was like my father was being cared for by family. What more can one ask for when giving up your loved one's care to someone else? As a physician, I felt inspired by the medical knowledge of the entire team at this care home. The Conforto hospice team working with him there was top notch as well. The home was clean and the kitchen spotless. There were never foul odors. The food was very healthy and of appropriate proportions. My dad's room was clean and bright. When he passed there, the hospice team and owner worked seamlessly together. I would recommend this care home wholeheartedly. If the time comes for my mother to need it, I would not hesitate to reach out to this care home again.

[name removed] and her team are very compassionate, caring and give impeccable care. They have been so patient and gentle with him while he adjusts to his new environment. Mom, we knew that Her life was declining and we began to interview Live in Home Care Facilities in the Los Angeles and Orange County Areas. We interviewed Dhaniella Home Care one year before placement at Dhaniella Home Care. After our interview with Dhaniella Home Care, all of us including Mom knew that when the actual time came to place Mom we would place Her at Dhaniella Home Care. During the interview, we were invited to look at inside and outside of Dhaniella’s and we were satisfied with the cleanliness and the answers to our questions asked. Well, the time came to contact Dhaniella Home Care for Mom. I remember the feelings having to make the call to Dhaniella’s that day. Staff came to our Home and assessed Mom. We agreed to place Mom. Mom lived three months more. The level of care that I witnessed during each visit reassured myself and the family we made the right choice. We received the unfortunate call of Moms passing. Dhaniella’s staff stepped in and now Mom is resting.

[name removed] has a beautiful heart for elders. The home has about 6 residents on most days. Big enough to have companions, small enough to be managed by a small staff. The house is clean. The food is healthy. The staff are kind and hard working. They handled COVID very well.

I met [name removed]and learned of her house from A Place for Mom. Her home is an excellent care home. [name removed]is careful and kind and makes very intelligent decisions benefiting the elders in her care. The home is spotless. The food provided is healthy and appropriate for the patients needs. My mother spent 3 years here. All of them bed bound. NOT ONE SINGLE dangerous sore in the entire 3 years. I am amazed. My mother had shrunk from 300 pounds and had lots of excess skin. My grateful wish is if you are kind you choose [name removed] to care for your elder.

Simple 4 room / 5 bed facility. Good personal interaction, close to home. Easy access from the 110 Fwy

A clean home, centrally located, freeway close.

I'm truly displeased because my dad required a higher level of care than they were able to provide. After they themselves realized that after 4 days they told our family. On the 5th day we mutually agreed and called 911 to have him placed back in hospital setting. They would not refund not even a portion of the $3200 for the month. Sad to take from the ill/vulnerable family.

There is a RM & a caretaker working & living at this home. When the RN goes on VAC her RN sister takes over.
