Crossroads is always friendly, clean, helpful & inviting. My mother has lived here for six years. She is 94. She feels safe & welcomed. Her health is failing but I feel she is safe & welcome (still) as well. The staff provides appropriate entertainment, is always available. I've never heard one bad thing about crossroads. I moved out of this community after living there for three years. It is a wonderful place to live however; the electric bills in this community are through the roof, especially since the largest apartments are only 928 sq. ft. The heating/cooling wall units are as old as the apartments themselves. Every year I have been there my December, January, February and March bills are $250.00 plus and I keep my heat down to 69 degrees. Many many residents have complained about it and there answer is to get on consumers budget plan. Which we all know how that works. They do have a lot of issues with the roofs leaking and instead of replacing the whole roof they put a band aide on it. One more thing is they have tremendous amount of flooding in the basement and during the heavy rain and melting snow they have to have it pumped out, which concerned me about black mold. They raise there rent up$20 every year, but never do any updates that the community seriously needs. Bottom line they do not care enough about the seniors pocket books and the fact that the majority of them are on fixed incomes. Instead, the owners wallets/bank accounts keep getting fatter. Shame on them!!

My grandparents live here and they love it. So many fun activities for them to be involved in. And the complex is beautiful! All one level & all inside so they can get their exercise even in the winter. Love this place!
