A Place for Mom has scored Crestwood Village East with 0 out of 10 using our proprietary review score based on 0 reviews in the last 2 years. Over all time, Crestwood Village East has 4 reviews with an average "overall experience" of 2.9 out of 5.
Facility in desperate need of updating. Rodent issues, water/mold issues, possible bug infestation, water often turned off for some reason. High staff turnover. Management less than honest, marketing materials misleading. Maintenance staff poorly supervised. Rather than resolve maintenance issues, "quick" fixes used resulting in worse problems. Unsafe for folks with physical limitations, handicap accessibility limited. Poor communication between staff/residents, customer service virtually zero. New generation coming in, owner needs to recognize changes needed. Customers are responsible for cost of upgrades such as tall toilet, adding grab bars, tub cut out, yet facility touted as carefree. Nothing carefree here, always need to be on-guard for all kinds of issues.

We looked into this facility when we were searching for options for a loved one. There was nothing that really stood out as overwhelmingly negative, but we just weren't impressed by anything that we saw here. In comparison to some very fabulous places we saw during our search this just wasn't something I'd consider for my loved one.
