Mom has only been at Hidden Creek for a month and she is adjusting nicely. I believe a big part of her happiness is the attentive and caring staff. They staff is quick to call if there is an issue that needs the families attention. (meds, etc) I feels like a family setting and I think that brings a natural feeling of being safe; at home. Great management and Staff !... Read more

I'm correctly a resident at this place! And if you care about your family members at all I would not send them to it. The staff is the laziest people on earth. This morning I witnessed a older man ask for breakfast for 1/2 hour, before he was feed. Speaking of food it is so bad I would'nt feed it to a dog! I had to give one star to be posted. SORRY!

Horrible! High turnover! Transferring residents is an issue. Staff screws off at night when no one is around! That’s when “accidents” happen and go unreported. Be attentive to your loved one and keep your eyes and ears open! Don’t let your guard down thinking everything is fine!

Don't believe the good reviews. High staff turnover and "accidents" with the residents.
