The only residential care facilities to be built with a uniquely designed floor plan for those with Alzheimer's disease and memory impairment. Each center extends over two acres of land and offers extensive walking paths, park-like rose gardens and sunny patios for the residents enjoyment. The warm, home-like atmosphere within a secured perimeter alleviates the stress and anxieties of the elderly people.
We provide the finest in personal services under the direction of qualified, licensed professionals. Our team of experienced caregivers is involved in ongoing training including philosophy of care, behavioral management and effective communication. Many of our caregivers have been with us over 10 years and understand the special needs of those with Alzheimer's and related dementias.
We offer an entertaining and individualized activities program, including cognitive and sensory stimulation, reminiscence, exercises, pet therapy, music and art. Visits from schools and churches provide added opportunities for enriching social interaction.
Total monthly costs depend on room type, select services, and the level of care needed.

The food is well prepared and my mother enjoys it. The staff responds to my questions and concerns right away. The staff is kind and friendly. The facility sometimes does not smell very clean.

Crescent Landing may be a good fit for someone who still has a reasonable level of cognition and who doesn't need a higher level of care, but it was a disaster for my dad. Ensure that the on-boarding process and level of care matches their loved one's needs. My dad had severe dementia and his first 2 nights (the ENTIRE night) were spent wandering the halls, essentially unattended. No one guided him to his room. He was disheveled, his clothes were damp with urine, and he developed a tremor. We pulled him out of the facility and took him to the hospital. He was diagnosed with COVID and he had a heart attack. It took around 2 weeks of care in the telemetry ward of Kaiser Hospital before he recovered enough to be transferred to a different (cleaner, higher level-of-care) facility.

Went on a tour a few weeks ago and although the garden and inside of the main living space was beautiful, they don’t offer what my loved one is needing. The young girl who gave the tour seemed lost and confused when talking and would give us different prices each time we asked her to repeat herself. She also had to call and ask what time our scheduled tour was. The company stresses that activities are the biggest part of the community but when we walked in we saw residents sitting around doing nothing and there wasn’t anything exciting on the activity calendar. We wish this place was suitable for our loved one as the building is right by our house.

My husband has been in the community for almost a year. He is well taken care of, it's safe and clean. The staff is friendly and keeps me informed on his well being.

When I called to ask about my mom they either would not answer or they did not want to talk about it. I do not think that she was treated very well here and it was jut not a good experience. I do not feel like I was getting what I was paying for. I would not recommend to others.

We are not able to go into the community to see the overall cleanliness of the place or even our loved ones room. Another thing that is frustrating is we will drop off gifts to the community for our loved one, and with our loved one being on the memory care side she doesn't remember if she received gifts or not. So we will have to call the community to double check and sometimes it takes 30 minutes to get an answer.
Fullerton Gardens is a beautiful caring community that I chose for my mother. Everyone is so caring and I am so very happy with my decision to place her here. They are wonderful!!

My brother and I toured Fullerton Gardens yesterday afternoon and we are happy we did. We met with [name removed], the executive director, as well as the resit of the team. They were very knowledgeable about the day to day journey of the residents at Fullerton Gardens. My aunt is a skilled nursing facility and i was worried about finding her next home. The caregivers seemed happy and residents did too. Fullerton Gardens is my top Memory Care choice.

I recently came here to visit a friend of mine (social distancing) and the staff is amazing. They treat all residents with total respect and dignity. The initial interview and visit of the community was very informative, professional, and personal. The community created a personal care plan specific to our needs, which allowed her to have activities and socialism she desired.
