Everyone was really friendly. The meals have gotten better over the time my loved one has been there. They are on top of that. They call me often. I think that the nurses are a little unorganized and need more leadership and training.... Read more

I have recommended Cornell to others! The nurses' aides are great. They have good communication, despite occasionally taking a while to respond. The food is not great.

I would recommend the facility to a friend! I just visited my aunt and we are so happy with her experience. It is a perfect place for her. She is close to her home and friends. The nurses and rest of the staff have been so, so, so nice. The staff pay very good attention to her. The therapy has been going so well! We are very, very happy! I also noticed how clean it was. We are happy with the food. Especially after her stay at the hospital, she has been so excited to eat the food here.

They finished therapy a little too fast. The meals need to be heartier. The communication is okay. I have a lot of questions and there are still a lot of things I don't know.

Every time we go, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure she has what she needs. They always come in to clean her room. They taught her how to maneuver with her brace on. They make sure she has her therapy every day. Everyone says hello and goodnight. They are really good there and they are always checking on her. Even the DIN came by to make sure everyone is doing their job.

They aren't friendly at first but if they see you more they get more friendly. The beds and furniture are old.

The nurses are very good. Everybody is very helpful. Whatever we ask, they have been right on top of it. They are nice people. They could clean a little better. The meals look very good! They have been good with our loved one, but they haven't been very attentive to his roommate. The therapists are okay.

She has been there several times, and I don't have any complaints. It's very nice. Every time I call, they tell me everyone is fine. I am still waiting to talk to the doctor.

Overall I'd recommend Cornell. I have to be honest she wasn't happy with the meals - I had to bring her food. The taste was too bland.

The response time can be slow because they do not have enough nurses or technicians but the care, when it is done, is fine. There are some staffing issues. My dad says the meals are good. It could be a little bit cleaner.

The nurses seem friendly. The place looks clean and I don't see the patients complaining. Her rooms seems clean and her bed is always made. The nursing staff seems really friendly. The food she does not like. We bring her food from home. She is very picky and likes more Spanish foods.
