This place is the worst. They only care about the money and not the patients. Please don't send your family member to this facility. My grandmother only got worst there in they try convering it up unttil they had no choice but to call the ambulance. They only call private ambulances so they don't have to call 911. It's really sad what they are doing with their patients and how they treat them.

I am so very happy with my mother's experience with this facility. I have to tell you I did not hear the best things about it prior to us coming here. So far we have been nothing but pleased. They are motivating and encouraging my mother so well. They have her up walking and getting stronger. At home, I am not able to keep her motivated to do all of this. It is amazing what they have her doing! I have not talked to anyone from here directly yet but they are keeping her pretty busy and making great progress! They keep it clean and her on a strict diet. They have great communication and they call me and let me know about new goals.

As far as the health care it's going very well and it seems to be they are on point. They have done therapy with her. The nurses are very respectful and good with my mother. They seem to do well so far. Everybody is very friendly and they say hello. Her room had ants in it and I was very upset about it. They did something about this and so far there were no ants in her room. The first couple of days the meals seem to be good. The communication is good and they call me and update me with what is going on with my mother and her treatment. They communicate with my mother and they answered my questions.

This place should have much better ratings than it does online! My mother has gotten so much stronger. The therapy staff is FANTASTIC! We have used other rehabilitation before and this is by far the best. I am there all the time and the nurses are always popping in and asking if there is anything they can help with. Everyone is fantastic. We have not had any issues or problems. The cleanliness is what it is. They do the best they can. The meals are hit or miss. They need to cook a little less with salt. The meals could cater more to a heart-healthy diet. My mother has enjoyed a few meals and others not so much. I would totally recommend the facility.

I would recommend Cornell Care! I have not seen what goes on but he is getting good services. I know in my loved one's room the paint was coming off it was a pretty big patch. He says he is gaining weight and enjoying the meals.

I have no complaints. They have been nice. The nurses don't know what is going on sometimes.

Whatever my concerns are, they are very open about going over them. They are friendly. It's not super clean, but it's okay. I have had communication with the dietitian because there are times my loved one is looking for the kinds of food she is used to. They have been pretty accommodating to her.

The therapy staff was great. The nurses were great and they were nice. The aides were very awesome and very attentive. When I got there I was not greeted by anyone and they did not give me a greeting package. Housekeeping came in every day. The food was horrible. If I had any concerns they took care of it.

The people are nice and friendly. They could do better with the cleaning. It's an old facility and they should try to keep it up. The meals are poor. I always have to call them for information.

The people are wonderful and perfect but lately, I find my husband wet all the time. He doesn't really like the aides they are not always being supervised by the nurses. Sometimes I go to the social worker for information but they don't call me back.

When I first got in, a lady took him around and I liked that! There's a lot of processed food like hamburgers, hot dogs, and ribs (like you would get at McDonald's). He doesn't like the food.

The therapy was really good. They really need to work on their attitudes. My mother put me on speaker and I was able to hear for myself how they act towards my mother. I found it really hard to get her help. The communication was terrible. They really need to learn about how to treat their patients.

The therapists were fabulous. Some of the aides were excellent some were not. Especially during the night. Sometimes I would take the garbage out in my husband room. When they clean the bathroom the floor was very wet. The food was very good, we liked the salmon, and the chicken was good.

I think her transition from the hospital to the rehab center was challenging. She does like the PT people. Some nurses are very attentive and some are not. Especially on the weekends. Some are fantastic individuals and some have a bad attitude. In the common areas, there is garbage and articles of clothing on the floor. It doesn't feel like it's sanitary. The food is not wonderful. It's cafeteria food.
