We chose this community because the price was just right for what we needed. They offer age in place and do not hike up the rates like other communities do. It is a very small community which really gives it a home like feeling and much more personable, there is only 12 residents. It is more of a house then a hospital and is really comfortable. It is only one story and the layout really avoids confusion. They offer private furnished rooms with windows, her room has a small 1/2 a bathroom without a shower. The living room is really big and comfortable. It is easy to get around the community. The price of this community is just fantastic.... Read more

My mother stayed six months. Was using a walker & eating great when she went. After numerous second guessing myself I pulled her out, at which point she could not walk nor stand and was only getting liquids. During her stay I arrived numerous times with her sitting in her wheelchair in the dining area slumped over all by herself. Food was on the plate yet she did not have her dentures in to be able to eat. I found a nurse and was told "well, we have to at least offer her food" In otherwords, even if they can't eat it, if its sitting in front of them, then apparently its legal. The owner & nurses were told many times she should not be slumped like that as she has COPD and couldn't breath. Mom was legally blind yet instead of someone helping her eat, she had to use her hands to feel for all the food hot or cold and eat with her fingers. Obviously this made a mess in her lap as the wheelchair arms prevented her from being close to the table. Then the owner called her names like messy.

This is like a prison to put your loved one in! [Name removed] really enjoys being the warden! A prisoner has more visitation right & phone calls! She will eat you up to get a family member in that senior prison! [Name removed] loves to yell, stomp her feet, clap her hands, eavesdropping! She needs to be in a padded room! I can't call nor see my Mom! She is mean, cruel & beware Demon! Heartless!

A Place for Mom has scored Corinth Road Senior Living 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
