The place is nice. The people are nice and friendly, and they seem to want to help. I think my mother is getting good care, but there's so much I don't know yet about how Corinth works. Sometimes the service is really good and sometimes it's really bad. It depends on what shift is on. The day shift, 7 am to 7 pm, is better. I have questions about the medically restricted diet my mother is on and am in the process of figuring that out with Corinth and her doctors.... Read more

It has been great so far. If I ask the staff anything they contact me right away. The room is really nice and well kept.

The overall experience has been okay at Corinth Rehabilitation. They have all been friendly. The doctor is very good, we really like him. The staff has been responsive when my loved one uses her call light. They have done a few things that we felt we had to address so we did and they have made a great adjustment. The housekeeping was one of our concerns early on but that has been better. Overall, their physical therapy seems to be good and they offer a lot of activities for the residents. I think they have great intentions they just lack the training.

It is unsatisfactory with the linens being provided. There are no set schedules for dinner.

This facility seems adequate if your loved one can continue to do things for themselves. My uncle was a resident for 6 years, in the beginning he was pretty self efficient and this was a good place, but as he aged he needed more assistance. That is when things went downhill. Do not place your loved one here if they need assistance. The staff turnover is ridiculous, including the adminstrator. They had numerous administrators come and go. The staff is apparently not trained in medications. My uncle was Type 1 Diabetic. The staff continued to give him insulin despite the fact he had not eaten in 2 days. He ended up in the hospital with a blood sugar of 11. He also had unexplained bruises and a black eye that was not ever explained. I was given 2 different counts of a fall that was not reported and the timing of the fall varied. My uncle never recovered from the drop in blood sugar. He died within a week. After we moved him from the facility and after his death, the facility has still been unable to find his medical equipment including his wheelchair. There has been an investigation from the state.

The rehab seems to be going good. They are getting my loved one mobile again. He seems to like the therapy. He is a complainer and he prefers to go back to where he was at but it was noisy. I like the nurses here and they are all friendly. They give him his medication and sometimes it may be late. I don't know all of them and they were very friendly last night. The trash cans are not full. The food looks good here. The social worker gives me a lot of information. I talked to his nurse yesterday to see how he is doing.

Overall there is an interest in my mother's improvement and we are pleased. The staff care appears to be good. They are friendly and accommodating. She has been there three to four days. She has the meals delivered to her room and it appears to be okay but mothers not eating and I think it is more her physical condition. The meals appear to be diverse. They genuinely want to help. They left her food tray in her room from one meal to another and that is a little disturbing.

Sometimes they have people who do not understand and one of them was rude to my wife and almost fell. That was taken care of. They are giving her medicine. It is clean. They keep the room clean and they sweep. Somethings she likes to eat and some things she does not like. If there is something serious, they would tell me. It is a nice place.

I think my loved one is doing better than he was at home. He's only had a couple of therapy sessions. The rehab area looks really nice. It's extremely nice, new, and clean. They're keeping us up to date with his medicine.

The rehab really varied between therapists. Same with nursing care. This varied as well. Some nurses were okay and others were mediocre at best. I think there might be an issue with some of them understanding him. I am not sure what it is there. Everybody is friendly.

I took my wife out of there and I would never ever bring her back. The staff and services were poor. The only thing nice about that place is the facility itself. I didn't have much communication other than trying to find people to help my wife.

My husband says that the food here is 100 times better than other rehab facilities he has been to! There is a nice variety and it is very good. He is also really pleased with the rehab and the friendliness the aides radiate. My husband says they have great people there. They are very attentive. He is very impressed with the nurses and the attendants. It's also really clean and odor free!
