Only good for Respite Care.

Meals very small. Care is kind. Most staff doesn't speak English therefore not being able to communicate or converse with the patients. Doors and facility always closed up. Little to no activity. No transporting to appointments or any place else. Communication rarely comprehended for suggestions or instructions. Staff very nice but should maybe consider another profession. Cost is over $2,000.00-$2,600.00 a month for a bed and 3 very small meals. No outings for patients. Basically it's okay if the patient would like to go there and sleep, wake up shower, eat some cereal, small lunch, small dinner, watch tv in between each meal in a chair. House DR. is horrendous! Not to mention that if the patient is capable of feeding themselves, walking, talking, etc., how bored they are to sit in a chair waiting for a family member to entertain them even after paying all the money for staff to do so. Recently apparently there was a case of bed bugs to another patients room. She was removed by family. Again very kind people, but to take in $10,000.000 a month +. Should be more of a menu and more care, with activity, less staff change for the elderly. No staff member accompanies any resident any place! Just in the chair or the home. I understand persons would like to take their family members to a private facility but this one is just appearance passing not care passing. I could go on...for the families sake I will not.
