My concern is the lack of consistency . I know it's hard to keep employees these days. Takes a while to get a good match and then before long we're having to get someone new again. All but one of the helpers has been good and friendly . We rejected one as she voiced strong political opinions; she was dismissed . I would recommend, simply because I think they all have challenges. I do like that they have a very low minimum hours per visit and no min/week. Mom doesn't really want any help so it wouldn't work at this point to have 20hrs/week. My challenge is getting her to keep them there for 4 hours before letting them leave.... Read more
