"Senior Friendly" quiet neighborhood

"Colorado Terrace caters to seniors, providing a living experience suited to you in Los Angeles, CA. One of the rewards of living in an apartment near downtown is not needing to drive everywhere you go. What's even better is that the area around these apartments is pedestrian-friendly too. Enjoy the attractive views from your apartment or leave the complex to take a stroll around the area. Is a feeling of security something you're looking for in your new home? Don’t move in

Lived in this building from 2011-2018. My experience: No rent control, therefore, the hungry owner raises rents every year by 100’s Poor, rude, unprofessional, uncooperative administration by [name removed](property mgr) with the highest turn over of office and maintenance personnel No meetings, no activities, whatsoever No security (gates always broken) frequent car vandalism Bed bugs infestation which had a slow response No cleaning service, resulting in elevators, laundry room and hallways being disgustingly dirty They spy your living and who comes and goes in your unit Never refund ($2)for always broken laundry machines, security deposits, etc. TAKEN THEM TO COURT
