I took a tour of this location in Terrell, and the salesperson told me they had CNA's on duty. It turns out there are no CNA's or nurses on duty. Please don't lie to make a sale. The oder coming from a room in the main entrance hall was overwhelming. A resident almost got out of the building, she was confused. She asked for her daughter.
