I am very disappointed in care being received at Franklin campus. Wouldn’t recommend. Slow to respond. Some caregivers rude and treats patients roughly. Third shift is particularly problematic. Request to be changed as urinary incontinent met with comments like you are low priority. Slow to respond to requests for medications. Don’t put someone you care about here.
