I have already sent a review in and there are a few things I do not understand. In your statement about how you provide for your clients. I see a lot of things that you say you have I have not witnessed since coming into the facility. Only very limited activities for the clients, food choices, and snacks for the clients, very important with sugar patients. I know I should not make waves, but I feel that this needs to be said and I feel that clients should be aware of these things. I feel that some of the things that were addressed today were only to satisfy me, I did not get pictures put on wall furniture moved around. I know it is hard to keep help, but that should not affect the clients. During the holidays, laundry and cleaning services, and trash was not done in a timely manner.... Read more
