My mother is in the memory care unit. She loves the food and says all of the employees are very kind. I live 1200 miles away so only deal with people over the phone. So far my main issue is getting to talk to my mother when I call. Memory care pts are not allowed phones so you have to go through someone to reach the patients. I would recommend this community to anyone for their loved one or themselves. I would even go to this community myself if i had to. They have quite a bit of activities for the residents. Anytime I have had to deal with them things have been great and my loved one is able to do what she wants and she is happy and that is all that matters. She really like being here at this community.

It is expensive. If you want a nice, clean, attentive community to have your loved one for memory care this is the place to go. The staff is wonderful. They are receptive to questions or concerns.

Our 95 year old sister is at Carriage Crossing in Arcola, Illinois. She is thriving and loves the place. She receives loving care and is being taken care of as if she is among family and friends. After a time living alone she now enjoys the companionship of others and the daily activities keep her busy and her mind active. The place is very well managed and has the best interest of each of its residents at heart.

The community was nice and inviting. They offered many activities for my mom to enjoy. However, the staff were very rigid. They were hard to communicate with and they didn't always listen to my concerns. I believe that they over medicated my mom instead of taking the time to care for her needs.

They do an outstanding job taking care of the patients. Everything surrounds the needs of the individual, and the atmosphere is just like home. We love the staff, they're our extended family!

They are doing a pretty good job. We are happy with them. It's kept very clean, and the staff is friendly. It's a pretty good value, so far. They are very good about being responsive and attentive if there are concerns or questions. They have a pretty good list of activities, and the food is good too, I would give that a five as well. I can't really think of anything I would like to see improved or done better.
