We went for a tour for our beloved mother at this location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, very accommodating for the needs of their residents. The home is very clean and very homey. We chose the home for our mom upon discharge from the rehabilitation center but weren’t able as she passed away in the hospital. But overall experience with them is top notch. We highly recommend to anybody looking for senior care for their loved ones.

We are so thankful for the care and love shown to [name removed]. You were there in every way often going above the call of duty. We are forever indebted that Carmel Care Home could provide services beyond our capabilities, and that hospice was able to help with the transitions we were faced with. Although we will miss our loved one, it is with memory of your care, expertise, and kindness that stands out as we think of her. After our mother passed away, my dad moved into Carmel Care in Hisperia. My siblings and I were so impressed with the care provided by [name removed] her husband They were absolutely amazing. His room was well kept the meals provided were exactly what he wanted. they socialized with him throughout the day, which is really important to him. We can't thank them enough for all they did for our dad before he passed away.

We are so thankful for the love, kindness and care shown to [name removed]. We know the challenges and saw the great lengths, above the call of duty that was extended to help her have comfort and help in her last days. Even though we will miss her, memories of Carmel Care Home will stay with us as we remember and honor her. May your days be blessed as you continue your service to others in need.

My loved one was a resident at Carmel Care for a respite stay while me and my husband went for a vacation. The staff was friendly and always updates us on how our mom was doing which made us confidently assured she is in a trusted caring people that made us worry free. I will for sure to place our mom her when that day will come that she will be needing a home and will always bring her here for all mom’s respite needs. basing it on my overall experience, I would highly recommend Carmel Care Home.

Our family was so thankful to Carmel Care Home for the sweet, personal care of our Mother with dementia. The home and Mom’s room was always clean and everyone was always friendly. They were always ready to hear any concerns our family had and always ready with updates on Mom. Such a comfort to the family to know that on the days we couldn’t be with our Mom and as her condition worsened, she was so well taken care of in a loving, homey environment. I can't say enough good things about this facility. We were desperately in need of a safe, clean place for my 90 year old Mother. I had searched other places and they were either inconvenient, dirty, or overpriced. Finding Carmel Care was a Godsend. [name removed] cared for her like they would their own Mother. My mother-in-law, a dementia patient, was no longer able to continue living in an assisted living apartment in a nearby AL community and Memory Care section was not affordable. My husband and I prayed to locate options nearby. In one week of learning Mom's need for additional care, we located Carmel Care Home, nearby in Hesperia, CA. [name removed] from Carmel Care Home met with my husband and Mom, and a perfect match was made. [names removed]l, along with all the staff at Carmel Care Home, are beyond wonderful, always providing compassionate care and an abundance of patience, especially on Mom's most difficult days. Carmel Care home is more like extended family and they provided the care that Mom needed most, in her deepest need. My husband and I felt as though we were "co-parenting" Mom, who because of the disease of dementia need extensive extra TLC from everyone. Carmel Care Home hosted Mom's 90th Birthday party just two weeks before she passed away. It was a beautiful experience.

Our dad stayed there, and received the best care that we could have imagined, the staff was always so friendly and courteous, very professional.dad loved them and felt very comfortable there, we would highly recommend this facility. It was extremely clean and very well maintained. Thank you so much !

Overall experience has been great. Our mom is being well taken cared for and very glad to know her needs and safety are being met. Owners are being attentive and all caring to her needs and are beyond accomodating.

It was such a hard decision to look for a place for my mom to be placed in a board and care home, but at the moment I walked in Carmel Care I already knew it was the perfect place for mom. I just had this positive vibes about the place and staff and not for a moment did I have any second thoughts and lo and behold they didn't disappoint. The transition went well and mom adjusted very well. I can say that there are times that they've gone out of their way to help us. Highly recommend

When my wife came here she had a bedsore and not eating. They got the sore cleared up and had my loving wife eat again. Very clean place very friendly staff. If you are looking for a place for your loved ones this is worth checking out, all the good vibes I promise you will also like it.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating, they always make their residents feel comfortable, secure and well taken cared for. They always appreciate family that comes to visit and always do updates on well being of residents. I think they have exceeded everything to be expected from them and we are pleased with the service. Definitely a A+ home for yoir loved ones.

Thus place is amazing, We brought our dad to be admitted here in Carmel Care Home and he lost a lot of weight living by himself and if for some miracle for a month of him staying here he gained some weight and finally maintained it. He told me he likes to eat the food they serve. Thank goodness for this caring home.I can't say enough good things about Carmel Care Home

The Care staff is dedicated to their work caring for residents and it seems they enjoy caring for people are very genuine. Home feels homey like a home and owners are very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. They have a spacious patio and gazebo at the back to cater for activities and for families to hangout when they visit

My wife was at the Carmel Care Home in Hesperia for just less then a year. [name removed] and [name removed] along with hospice gave very excellent care. She was really loved and got the best care possible. It's a nice quiet peaceful place. I was impressed at the onset with how clean and fresh smelling the home always was. Excellent Care Home.

This is a very lovely facility. We picked this facility because it wast the nicest of place and friendly people. Owner is very attentive and a quick response to any questions very knowledgeable and mostly they are extremely accommodating to my loving mother. I would highly recommend

[name removed] was a God-send for my 95+ year old mom, and for my family. Her communication with us was clear, kind, and respectful, and all felt completely safe with the care mom got. The fees were more than fair, which was a relief for us. If you’re looking for a place, definitely call them!
