Caring Hearts and Hands Assisted Living

My father-in-law was there for 9 years before he passed. He had a brain injury and caused him to be very difficult to manage. Caring Hearts and Hands were amazing with him. The respect and care given to him was comforting to us his family. They never let him feel alone. They truly are one of the best places for care.

my sister was getting more and more weak and sick and refusing to eat during hospital stays. Once she moved to Caring Hearts she started eating and gaining weight and strength. She loves the on-site therapy dog.

We were in need with a rapid decline of my MIL and the other place we looked at did not seem as kind as [name removed]. We could tell from the beginning that our mom would be taken care of well. We picked this community, only for the location but the owner of the initial place gave the feeling that she was all about the business end, not a very kind person or willing to work with my loved one and her stage1/2 possibly sacral wound. I'm in healthcare and understand Medicare guidelines but we felt she was very cold. That changed our minds quickly about using them.

The owner/director is very accommodating, caring, and loving towards my mother. Her heart is in it. Being able to visit is my biggest contention right now. Due to Covid and the owners apprehensions of allowing visitors, I haven't been able to see her. She is very cautious and I understand that. Now that it is a little warmer out, I'll be able to visit outside with my mom soon. She set up a new doctor for my mom who she is seeing via telehealth. She's worked with this doctor before and has had great success. My mom has had no issues with the new doctors office so far. They are very friendly and they contact me for copays and updates. They've memorized my number already so they are on top of things! Her bathroom would be shared in normal circumstances, but my mom is the only resident she has right now. She shutdown due to Covid, and my mom was the first and only resident she's accepted upon reopening. I would recommend her services to others!

Very welcoming and caring. We very may be moving mother here! Very clean with huge back yard, patio and great gardens. We were deloghted.

Very nice lady who runs the home, but it is very cluttered.

We felt great putting my mom in such a nice place for respite care. [Removed] is wonderful, We felt my mom was in safe hands.

I have recently taken a tour of this community for my mother and I have no complaints of how things went. The staff were on time to our tour and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The floor plan was open and they had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. I would recommend them to anyone it was just not the right place for my mother.

We liked the care at this community. The community is very clean and the staff is wonderful and always keep us updated on the progress. The community is clean and maintained. The variety of the meals is always appealing. The have a lot of great activities and the holiday was nice due to special events. [Removed] at this community was outstanding and made things easy for the entire family. We highly recommend this community to other families for the care that is given.

Director sounded very good, she has two puppies Mom would love. Worry that the perfume in the house would bother Mom, but this would be a good place. 6 clients. Takes Medicaid, Director is a RN.

Called me twice. Owner is nurse.

Loved it and The Director! She is very passionate and compassionate. She truly loves her residents and they seem to love her. The home is immaculate, festive and the aroma from lunch made me hungry! Massive backyard and home. All but one semi-prv room is small.
