caretaker is an "live-in" situation. She stays at my mother's home 4 1/2 days per week. Good experience overall. Caretaker has been patient with my (something disoriented) mother. Language issues, a strong accent, have been an occasional issue.

Care Resolutions has provided care for my mother for years and have consistently provided phenomenal care for her throughout the entire time. thank you Care Resolutions for going above and beyond.
They are very good for the caregivers that come. The biggest problem is finding help, like other companies in this field right now. The office staff keep me posted of any changes and I think it has worked out fine. Some of the services they are providing safety for my loved one and gives me a chance to leave my loved one with a caregiver to assist me in getting errands ran.

My mother has been under the care of the aides at Care Resolutions, Inc for nearly 14 years. The agency as a whole is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to them to anyone looking for caregivers.
I was so totally impress. The office had sufficient staff who were friendly, working so well together and very competent. The office physically, was inviting with a comfortable atmosphere. The CEO was wonderful to meet. I highly recommend this company.

We have been working with the Care Resolutions for our father for about 5 years now and we have nothing but positive things to say. We have had a few different aids here and there but most of them are long term and have been wonderful and competent. The communication with the case manager and ourselves has been fantastic, with any changes that need to be made they have been very responsive.

The friendliness is great. They had great incentives to move in. The community is starting to raise prices on the rent, and this scares my loved one. This is a big drawback. My loved one doesn't want to move, but may have to if the rent goes up significantly.
I was pleased with the administrative staff, they always went out of their way to send someone and always did their best to help me. It was hit or miss with some of the aids.
