The day my mother arrived, they did not have food she could eat, a certified nurse for her trach, and left her soaked in blood. Thanks to the Hospice nurse who visited and cleaned her up,fixed her trach, and helped her get a different nurse who got her pudding and comfortable. The first nurse was nodding out, itching and couldn't even speak in complete sentences. We have since put in a complaint and hoping it helps future residents.
