Most of the staff are friendly, but they don't have enough coverage on the weekends and nights. Also, keep all valuables locked up. My loved one had money and food taken from her room through the night. Housekeeping was good, but then had to rush to kitchen to make meals. Lots of supervision, but not enough help. I wouldn't recommend due to the kitchen itself.

If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further! Cardinal place has such caring educated staff, great management in place and such wonderful residents. There are so many engaging activities and feels just like home. 10/10 recommend.

My mother loves the girls on the floor. It's management they are on the 3rd director since my mother got there. We loved the first lady but it has gone down hill ever since. She gave notice she is moving back with me the end of March.

Cardinal Place gives a safe and at home environment to every resident that comes through the door. Resident are constantly saying how thankful they have found a place like Cardinal Place, know they are safe and will be taken care of without ever worrying.

We had a very good tour experience with Cardinal Place. The staff were great and answered all questions and followed up. My loved one just felt more at home at another facility we looked at.

When I first came here to tour they were doing chair exercises in the living room and were so inviting! So I sat myself down and joined them! From the day I first moved in, everyone has been so wonderful! I would recommend this home to anyone needing love and care and a great place to make friends and feel loved!!!

I loved how from the start everyone was so friendly and I felt so close with everyone!! I have made some really great friends and I would recommend this facility to anyone needing love and care and a great place to lay your head.

I have been living here for quite some time and I have enjoyed every day! I am taken care of, fun activities to do, lots of active residents. The 3 meals a day are great because I don't have to cook or clean up!

My aunt has been a resident with Cardinal Place for a few years. She is not just an aunt to me so we were not going to just settle for any place. The energy and love in this building is so wonderful. The residents always seem to be happy, cared for, and doing the most fun things. I love that I can visit any time of the day and always see smiling faces. I would recommend anyone to this facility. Great staff, great residents, great facility!!

When you walk into Cardinal Place it doesn't feel like a nursing home. It's welcoming & friendly. Our family can visit my mom whenever we want & she's always happy/well taken care of when we see her. They could use more staff though.

I visit a loved one at Cardinal Place & i was especially pleased with how they've managed themselves throughout the covid pandemic. We get to visit from time to time, and from what i gather, they've never had any residents ill or pass away due to covid. I'm happy knowing my loved one is safe there & gets the care she needs.

The facility is neat and clean. Staff has been very good to my parents. High staff turnover though due to low pay. Meals are poor, breakfast is good, lunch and dinner poor. They need to cook to their audiences, too many modern type foods.

My Mother in law has been living there for several months and has enjoyed it. However, in the last month or 2 they have had trouble with staffing and having a proper cook. For what the residents pay they should at least have decent food. This is very disappointing and I hope will be corrected soon.

The staff are friendly and smiling. The community is very active. It is a safe and secure environment for your loved one. They are trustworthy. Bingo, gardening, nail salon, games, and there are always some type of engagement for the residents to partake in. There is always a nurse here.

I really like the place. From what I gather, our loved one is happy. The staff is very friendly. Their communication seems good, and we're pleased with how they take care of her. She's comfortable there. She talks about bingo and other activities that she enjoys.

The community doesn't smell like a nursing home. This is a good place to go for your loved one. The staff is good. They have virtual visits to see our loved ones. The community allows for face to face visit that are scheduled and must be wearing masks.

The social atmosphere has helped my family member as much if not more than the physical care has. They have greatly benefited from the activities and being around people , both at activities and during meals. One of the best decisions we made in taking care of their wellbeing was choosing Cardinal Place.

Cardinal Place is truly the best place to put a loved one who needs some assistance. My mother lived there for 6 years. When I first moved her in, we were debating about selling her house. She didnt want to give up her freedom. She soon realized she still could do everything she wanted and Cardinal Place took care of it all for us. The activities director always has engaging things for the residents to do, and everytime I'd go to see her that's where she was, with her friends laughing. It always smells good, and is clean. The staff are open minded, caring, and are more like family. My mom called it home when we were out, and that was what told me I made the right choice.
