Candle Light Cove offers assisted living and memory care, as well as respite care for seniors interested in short-term stays. This community focuses on caregiver relationships with each community member, as well as teamwork between all the staff members, to help ensure that residents receive a high quality of care. You can find many restful areas throughout the community, such as the library and even a finch aviary. The outside grounds are bright and relaxing, with plenty of seating areas on the patio and porch.
This community offers two memory care neighborhoods for residents, enabling them to interact with others who share similar abilities. Taking resident abilities into account, caregivers in this area of the community seek to offer enriching activities, encouraging residents to participate through verbal and non-verbal communication. Candle Light Cove also offers support for family members who have a loved one with memory loss.

Staff are one of the best in the Eastern Shore. You can tell they care for their residents. They engage with them and they show respect and treat them like family. And you can tell their residents are happy.

The people who work here are truly what makes this place great. They are friendly, professional and care about each resident. Candle Light Cove is always very clean and there are lots of fun activities for people to do. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones!

I would like to commend [name removed] at Easton, MD Candle Light Cove. My mother-in-law was a resident. [Name removed] embraced our family when we needed it the most. Her warm smile, caring voice and demeanor was what made our decision to choose Candle Light Cove. Matter of fact, I personally loved and enjoyed the staff so much I want to volunteer there now as a Hospice Volunteer. If anyone is looking for a caring, loving, beautiful place for your family member this staff is ready to welcome you with loving arms.

My mom has transitioned and she has become comfortable in the community. She's pretty active with the activities and outings. I have eaten with her and the meals are very adequate. They have a philosophy, it is, if we have happy staff we have happy clients. It has been good so far.

If mom had not fallen and gotten hurt I would have given this community a five. This is a smaller community and the staff were very nice. Mom seemed to like the food and she went on two excursions while she was there. They did offer daily activities including making pastries. This is a nice community and it is close to the hospital. She had a large room and bathroom. The check in went well. I think they were a little short staffed as mom also did not get one of her medications while she was there.

Our experience with Candle Light Cove has been a positive one, overall! The staff here has been friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and they respond quickly when we contact them with any questions or requests. They also treat Mom very well, she often comments on how nice they are to her!

My sister and I were very well pleased with Cissy Stoner and her staff. My mother is now living at Candle Light Cove and seems very happy in her new home.
