Campbell Place

The staff are the best. Genuine care. Went out of the way to provide that care. Provided because of observed need, bed with head raising, lift chair to replace lazy boy. Installed tv on wall. Help moving in. Some meals were pretty drab but most were well prepared. They could improve on encouragement to be involved with the activities.

I give all categories a 4 only because I have no other experience for comparison. I would recommend Campbell Place to someone asking about an Elder care facility.

Great place to stay they have done a wonderful job setting me up to stay here. all the staff are pretty pleasant to get along with, they are all really nice and helpful. I really like my apartment, place is well kept and clean. They offer plenty of stuff to do to keep me busy if I want.

Campbell Place staff treats me with dignity and respect. They are all caring to me and helpful in any given situation. The nursing staff has saved my sanity. They are very helpful and loving, they talk to me and care about my health and well being. Wasn't sure about going to nursing care but my children found the best place for me.

the employees are very nice to all of us. I enjoy participating in all the activities offered. I really like that the facility is very clean and organized. Well, if you need something fixed, they also have a great maintenance man that will fix it all and make you smile at any given time.

Campbell Place is very home like compared the other places that I've been in. I like the brightness and cleanliness of the facility. I like the staff her as well. The housekeeping is absolutely amazing. The third staff are wonderful.

I Feel like this is home, I really like all the staff. Everybody is wonderful and I just want to stay here forever. I sleep good here, I feel safe here. I really like all the people here. I like that people can have their animals. I don't have any. I really love everybody her. My apartment is a great place. I love the view and lighting it lets in.

Great care, good food and the staff treats you good. I have also met some really good friends here as well. I enjoy the companionship and activities as well. My overall experience here has been great.

I really love the Life Enrichment Coordinator because I can tell her anything and everything. The help at Campbell Place is wonderful. I really love all the outings we do, going out to eat and shopping.

Campbell Place is pretty good. I enjoy my cup of coffee. I come from a family of nurses, this group really impresses me. They really care and go above my expectations. Dining is especially enjoyable with friends.

Campbell Place has a staff that is very nice. They help me when I need it in reasonable time. I love the Actvities Director. She comes to get me for all my favorite activities, I especially love to cook.

Campbell Place is very warm, cozy, and inviting. It is very family oriented. The atmosphere is pleasant and beautiful. I love how I can personalize the apartment and making it like home. The quarters are up to date and regularly updated.

I chose Campbell Place because it was expensive and although I was hesitant, they assured us that they could handle my moms condition. She has dementia, but they aren't a dementia facility, so they can't handle it. Even though they tried, they weren't really successful. I'd give a 5/5 for effort, but a 2.5 or 3 with how they dealt with it. The actual staff were a 5/5, but we had trouble with a lot of temps coming in and out. I would tell others that it's expensive, and they're going to make promises that they may or may not be able to keep, so be very careful about what they tell you. Don't just take their word for it, ask other people too. I think they are excellent in some areas; some of the people are very caring, competent and they know what to do, but they seem to be under pressure to do more than what they're able to.
