my mother was in this place. all i did was request meetings with the "council" that you brought your complaints to. nothing ever got better. they are short staffed and patients are left alone for hours. the marketing guy that we used to move my mother there was mortified to hear the stuff i saw. he left 2 months later. they are a for-profit place and that's never a good sign. they could/would not address my mothers issues. everytime she got in trouble or fell they called the life squad to take her to the hospital. that just left them with one less patient to take care of. patients would only get showers once a week because they didn't have staff to do it more often. i had to bathe my mother all the time. I'm so ashamed i ever had my mother there. no one deserves to be left in a place like this. do your homework!

My husband was here it was awful he would ring the bell and it would take up to a hour for them to help him, he would end up messing his bed because he couldn't get help they lost most of his clothes when we told them over and over again we would wash them. He fell out of bed two times trying to get to the bathroom because no one would answer his call light. The room was gross and stunk so bad.

I really liked this place. No medicaid waiver for dementia closed unit. Need to check on Mom's various insurances, maybe long term care? Staff friendly. Studios and Split rooms are very large. Worth a SECOND LOOK. SCORED LOW ON RATING.

A prison - I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Lack of interaction and care obvious. Nurse texting while room alarms sounded. No way!
