Not impressed

I brought my neighbor to visit. The owner asked her if she could figure out the stressful things in her life would she prefer to live at home. Of course, she said yes, despite the fact that she can't. I know because I see her everyday, & know what she requires. He said, "Then you should do that. You shouldn't come here." He proceeded to advise her on how to handle her finances. We wanted a place for her to be safe until her daughter could bring her home. If you don't want lower income short-term residents while they convalesce & figure out next steps, don't offer a monthly option. Don't pretend you know what is best for someone you don't even know. Later, her daughter visited. He told her that her mother should build an apartment onto her house & sell her house to someone who would let her live there & who would take care for her. (WHAT?!) Then said, "It doesn't sound like you'd be able to take care of her at your house, either." Which made her cry. Clearly, money is the priority.

Bromley Manor needs to be shut down

I called Bromley Manor to inquire about pricing. The first question I was asked was: “What is your height and weight.” It turns out the man was 70 years old and probably.was asking this question to see if I passed the criteria to enter Bromley Manor. I am not sure if he was asking this question so that he could date me or whether he wanted to know if I could fit into one of their small apartments. Very strange and discriminatory. This facility should be closed down.
