Mom and Traditions

On hands care is great. Mom has lost her rings and her checkbook, which is troublesome. Nursing care is good. The CNP is not timely with visits. Food is OK, Mom won't go to the dining room. Mom is very shy, and I had expected the recreation person to visit her and encourage her, maybe even take her to things, but that has not happened to my knowledge. Office staff is awesome. As far as value, I have no comparison to make. Mom is finally settling in, still wants to go home. Her caption phone was working fine at home, but have had multiple problems at Traditions, that is her only way to communicate with family. All in all, I think we made the right decision, it is just a distance for my brother and me.... Read more
