Our family had an in person tour and we aren't sure if there was miscommunication or what but the lady who was supposed to give the tour was not there. The layout and set up of the facility was a little odd, and its definitely more like a group home setting. However everything was clean and there were now fowl smells.
Bristol Manor Care was a very and clean home setting. The staff was friendly and provided us information on how they take care of the residents. We chose another community because mom had her heart set on her own apartment
