You will never get what you pay for sending your loved one to any of the Bridge Haven facilities. They do not keep up on what staff is doing outside of 8 to 5 Monday through Friday and if an issue is brought up it will not be addressed. Multiple times staffing has administered medications when it was not appropriate and let patients leave with people who they were instructed not to let leave with. Poor communication is the pitfall of this company whose management/owner only strives to make enough for his vacations. They do not promote patient safety in any format besides what they need to do while state is there. Please choose otherwise the aides are not adequately trained or monitored by nurses like they should be and they will let two eighteen year olds take care of eight residents, with severe alzheimers and or needs, by themselves. They put on a good face while family is there but the second you are gone they sit on their phones while patients are soiled.

Wonderful to work with. Was never able to schedule a visit but they would definitely be on our list of 2 if the need arises. Very accommodating and understanding.

Visited 2/12 - Nice but main rooms (activity areas during day small. Dining area felt very tight. Mom being in a wheelchair have concern for her movement within. Overall very pleasant and seem to truly care
