Bowen Elderly

Very nice nothing bad to say highly recommend. We picked this community because it was less people, and a more personal atmosphere.

My mother was in a memory care facility. It was the worst experience ever! Then I found Bowen! What a blessing. She is getting the greatest care and she is very happy. The care is wonderful and the staff is caring. I would highly recommend!!

Always available any time with love and excellent care. My mom passed there on [date removed] of this year..was so thankful that she took her last breath with [name removed]! I would recommend with no hesitation!

I have already told family and friends, that I would recommend Bowen Elderly if they ever needed it. We are eternally grateful. The aides there were great, too.[name removed] was fantastic especially in helping me and my sister through Mom's last days. This was the perfect place for Mom!

This was the final place that my mom stayed for Assisted Living and hospice. This place was outstanding in caring for mom in her final days. It is a very caring environment and was an excellent value for what was charged.

Bowen community, I would recommend to anyone. We picked this community because of the price and personal service.

I can't even imagine somewhere more caring, loving, and Homie then with[name removed]. She is amazing and my mom feels the same way. Thank you so very. I would absolutely recommend to others. It is the only place and my mom has been too many in the last year and a half at least six.

We wish we could of met [name removed] sooner for our loved one, words cannot describe how grateful we were to have met [name removed]. It was a great experience and she really helped us through everything even during the busy holiday season. Based on the experience we had, we would definitely recommend Bowen Elderly to other families.

This is the most loving place we ever could have wished for my Aunt to spend her last days of life. She was bedbound but still had “spunk” enough to share. The Bowen family’s care was of the highest standards. My aunt spent her last 5 months there with them. She was always kept clean, bathed daily, with fresh sheets. Her medication‘s were ordered & given on time & the meals were homemade. I was always informed of her concerns & they would answer my calls, questions & text without delay. The little things that mattered like combing & trimming her hair to having on hand the special little treat she desired that made her smile. One day they even brought her her favorite Chinese food! I always felt welcomed during the hours and days I sat with my aunt. They were there for me too, to help me through the emotional journey of life towards death. It’s a 5 ++hospice facility but more so, it’s a warm home environment. They have big, caring, loving hearts and treat their clients with compassion.

Leaving a loved one with someone is one of the hardest things to do. With [name removed], there is no doubt in my mind that my mom is getting the best care. She treats each client like they are a member of her family. I’ve watched her interact with clients and their family members and there is no other word to describe her but “amazing”. She is the most caring person I have ever met. She is never more than a phone call away and will do things like sending pictures when I can’t get there. My mom has been with her for almost four years and I only have positive things to say about our experience. She takes the time to get to know each person and their individual needs and goes well beyond meeting those needs.

So far Bowen Elderly has been the best place in the world for my loved one. I've told several of my friends to not hesitate to go here if they ever need a place. It's just like home - it's not institutional at all. They all sit in the dining room together for meals. The staff is super. They're very friendly and very welcoming. Any time I go in there, they always update me on everything they possibly know about what's been going on with my loved one in the last few days. They're very caring to her, remind her to eat, and are just very nice and pleasant. It actually seems that they like what they're doing, that it's more than just a job to them. The food looks good and is all homemade. I've seen them doing puzzles and Bingo. I think it's a good value, and a lot cheaper than nursing home.

Trust is something that takes a long time to build. That being said, trust could easily be broken. I have known the Bowen family personally for over 45 years. I could not trust anyone more with my precious family member more than [name removed] and her care team. If you want an environment that feels like a home away from home— this is the place for you. A warm place that I could not recommend higher.

Toured this home, owner was very caring and knew what she was doing. Home was clean and people were friendly. I like that it is a family setting not a facility. Residents there seemed very happy and at home.

owner was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. however, overall appearance was “shabby”. home was in real need of an update in every area. all residents share two small bathrooms one of which only had a tub and no shower. home was small and cluttered. .
