How long have you been in business? When did you open??
We have successfully managed and owned multi-family apartment buildings and houses since 2003. This is our first endeavor into the Active Adult 55+ arena.

How much experience do you have in senior care?
We are a husband and wife team, these rentals are build within the same subdivision as our personal residence. Chie is a Registered Nurse with hospital experience in orthopedic, medical surgical, organ transplant, and now emergency medicine. Phil helped his grandmother who cared for five+ full time residents, providing meal, hygiene, laundry, medication, and activities....
