Biltmore assisted has very good care, home cooked meals and plenty of space for residents to join each other in large TV area or in relaxing coffee room with fireplace. Residents eat on a terrace overlooking beautiful grounds. [name removed]was outstanding in keeping the home spotless and meeting the needs of the residents. [name removed] was a warm soul. To have my mom pass away in a place where she was never lonely, felt loved and respected, was a gift. However, I like transparency. It shows integrity and character. A few things to note,[name removed] the co-owner, who handles contracts and payments was not forthright. He did not tell us the [cost removed] deposit was only refundable if my mom stayed at least 360 days and caused no damages. He just said it’s refundable, less any damages. This is an emotional time for family so many of us aren’t thinking as clearly. We think it's the best. She is doing so much better, and is healthier and has put on a little weight even. The care is so good, we couldn't have found a better place. I think they should get a five plus!

We were here for a short time, it wasn't a bad place, just not a great fit. They were clean, and the staff was friendly, and everything. There wasn't a lot of opportunity for social interaction, since a lot of the residents were bedridden. They also lost some medication.
