We began our quest into senior living because of our love for our beloved mother, Mary Bickford, whose needs became too great for us to manage. As we researched senior living options, we were shocked at our findings. The options offered too much or too little — none met her needs and nothing felt like home. I toured this community. It seemed nice, but the facility itself is quite a bit older. It's not as bright as some others and the hallways were fairly narrow.

We really like it so far and have been very pleased, our loved one has not been there long she is currently in a rehab facility. The community itself is very clean, cute with a homey atmosphere. The staff members we have met and dealt with have been very wonderful, we love them and have no complaints as of yet.

My wife was at this community for awhile before she was moved to a nursing home and passed away. The staff worked well with her and the family. We liked the place and she had a good time there. The community was clean and I would recommend this community to family and friends.

We recently toured the beautiful Bickford of Quincy. The Directors, Sarah & Beth, along with the rest of the staff we met, were very welcoming & interested in our current situation. They asked very detailed questions about our situation in the hope of learning as much as they could about our Mom. We felt they did care for the current residents wellbeing & placed a hold on a room for Mom. Once we made the choice to move Mom in, Beth handled every detail to make Mom's move seemless. She worked closely with the Blessing Care Manager for Mom's discharge & even picked her up from the hospital. So far, our experience with Bickford of Quincy has been top notch!
