I would tell others looking into Beverly Assisted Living to judge the home by more than the outward appearance. Follow-up on what you are told they will do, as kindly agreeing to correct a problem but not carrying through was a theme. Ask about exactly what activities they provide as there were actually none when my mother was there. Ask if the caregiver is certified.
