My grandmother was on Hospice care at [name removed]. She refused to give my grandmother her comfort meds. My grandmother was dying of Kidney failure, she was dying, confused, and a lifelong mental patient that NEEDED her calming meds. Instead, they believe morphine and ativan kills...They take their personal beliefs, and withold medications against doctors orders! When we tried to intervene and medicate her ourselves, or have the Hospice Nurses dispense, she waited until we left for food, and they stole the meds. I had to immediately remove her and placed her in my home to die. Once medicated she lived less than a week. Horrible place! If you want to torture your loved ones, by all means, pick this horrible place.

The place was a house, The lady that ran the house was very overwhelmed. She was watching her grandchild, an infant, while my mother was there. The whole family was living there. The lady also told us that she did not want to be in the business for long. The lady had a license issue. It was not a good fit for her.

Rodica seems like such a sweet woman. Not sure if it's the right place for mom with only one other person in the home but look forward to researching this more. Not a lock-in situation.

Rodrica Toderic is a compassionate and professional caregiver. My 90 year old mother with dementia and congestive heart failure has been given the very best care for 2 months. I am secure in leaving my mother at Best Senior Care Home with the attention she gets 24/7. She gets nutritious meals, assistance with bath, dressing, medications, TV, fresh air in a family environment. My mother has improved her outlook and enjoys the comfort of her room and companionship with the other resident.

Finding this home for my mother is a blessing from God. The comfort and support of a family environment while entering hospice care is so very important to my peace of mind and my mother's care. Rodica is a compassionate and professional caregiver. She was willing to accommodate every need. My mother's food preferences, safety and personal care were addressed right away. After many trials to locate affordable services, I am confident that this home is the perfect fit. I am extremely grateful to A Place for Mom for the diligent efforts to help me by supporting both my financial needs and my emotional needs.

Max 3 residents. $2000 pp stated. Beautiful home, very clean. Resident rooms a good size, one has private bathroom; 2 remaining rooms share one bathroom. no semi-private. Beautiful wheel-in stone shower, lots of nice stone and brick work in the house. Owner lives onsite with her husband, which is a big plus. No stairs for residents. Open plan TV room/kitchen (granite/nice cabinetry, huge flat screen TV). Nice outdoor patio. Currently full 4/1/14. My parent would fit in with family and one resident. Next to Shorty Hill park, take left at RaceTrac.

This was the best experience I have had with a hard situation with my 94 year old aunt

Members of my family have worked in the Senior Care Industry. So I am familiar with all kinds of care situations. The house is beautiful and super clean. Best of all, the owners and caregivers are the most caring and loving people. A member of my family has lived in this place for quite some time already. The most special and important thing is the absolutely wonderful care their residents received. The caregiver cooks fresh and wonderful meals every day. It is truly a family environment. This family is outstanding in the principles they live by to provide the care they do give. I could not be more pleased with the care my family member gets with them. It is not easy to find such special environment for our loved ones. THey may not abound in diverse activities, which also relates to the needs of the residents and their capabilites, but the loving care they get is unequal.

This house is beautiful and recently redecorated. I enjoyed talking to director and was impressed overall. The location is a bit far but still convenient, although I think that I would like a larger facility, to give my mother more social interaction.
