The staff members at Benton House are a five plus, the value is good despite COVID. The cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff members in the beginning really stood out to us. They do all types of fun things at this community when it was not COVID. Our family had an in person tour and Benton House of Aiken is a beautiful lovely place, and the lady who took us on our tour was very kind.

We chose Benton House over others we looked into because I was most impressed by the team of management of the facility. I had confidence in the place after getting to know them. The room sizes here are perfectly adequate, they had two room sizes available for the same price. I have eaten here many times, the food is the only thing that they could use improvement on. The quality of the meals and preparation is lacking. The best part about the community so far has been the care she receives from the RA's. I would absolutely recommend the community.

The room sizes and layout of the community are good. The food is okay. They have outdoor space but it is rarely used. My mom has dementia, it is hard not being able to go visit weekly. Overall it has been a positive experience.

I have never seen any signs of uncleanliness of any kind. The staff listens, are very attentive, and very caring. They act immediately to address concerns with the residents. They are genuinely pleasant people who are eager to serve. The care is very attentive and intensive; they are very dedicated. My wife does not participate in the activities much, however the other residents do seem to be happy with the activities they do offer. Overall, I would say Benton House represents a very good value for the money.

was my favorite of the group. very nice space, very accommodating. Rooms very nice. Not the least expensive by far but not the most expensive either. Seemed willing to work with family to meet resident needs.
