AAA plus for this place. Wonderful environment, well run, clean, pleasant, like a family. 5 rooms with 2 people sharing each room (usually). Reasonable. ($2,500 shared room plus approx. 1k more per month for extra services). A possibility, but perhaps too few residents for our needs. I think my mom would do better with 30-40 residents. As great as this place is, it may be too intimate for my mom, as she doesn't like an excessive amount of relationships or socialization.
