After searching several "Managed Care" facilities we finally decided on Bella Vita assisted living and memory care. In our search we had seen several large facilities and although impressive, we realized that large facilities are not what our father needs due to his walking challenges. Bella Vita is exactly the right size and is a beautiful, clean and modern group home. The staff takes excellent care of our father and as a bonus we actually think that our father might gain some weight back that he lost over the years and he might actually get more healthy! We have observed that the caregivers really care and they are also providing a stimulating, fun and healthy environment for our father. I am a care provider from an outside agency and I have the pleasure of visiting a resident at Bella Vita 2 times a week. My experience when visiting is always pleasant. Residents are well cared for and The home is very clean. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend Bella Vita to anyone needing or looking for a place for their loved one with 24hr hour care.

I been coming to Bella vita carehome, from an outside agency for two months already to see one of the residents. I have visit several group homes in the area, but nothing compared to bellavita carehome. I was amazed by the care this carehome gives, not only is the home always clean, but the residents are clean and happy as well. Every time I visit this group home, not only are the caregivers friendly, but also the residents. I definitely recommend bellavita carehome, to anyone who is looking for a home away from home for their love one.

My Father recently stayed at Bella Vita Care Home at 1002 W. Las Palmaritas Dr. in Phoenix. My siblings and I were very happy with the care he received while he was there. The home is clean and modern with beautiful new construction and furnishings. The caregivers and staff were so warm and caring. It truly offers a family environment. They cared for my father as lovingly and attentively as we would have. Bella Vita Care Home was a blessing and comfort in our lives and I recommend this care home very highly.
